I had been looking at several used trucks, from Roseville to San Jose, because I had a particular set of requirements for my purchase. The one I found at Steve Hopkins, met 90% of them. To me that's a win. After comparing it to my other options, I made an appointment to meet with Mark. At the appointment, Mark gave me plenty of time to look it over, and give it a thorough test drive. Mark worked up a great price, and I bought the truck that day. They washed the truck, and filled the tank, before I left. That's great customer service.
