Great service

My sister was looking for a Toyota Highlander, I found the 2017 Toyota at AutoNation Acura, so we decided to go check it out. When we got there, we were greeted by Nathan Raheb. When he came back with the keys, he had another salesperson take over. We got into test drive the vehicle and that salesperson left and had another salesperson help us which was Jay Mistry. We noticed the side mirrors were not working correctly. Jay stated the service department was closed, (it was Sunday), but since the vehicle has a warranty, it won't be a problem to fix it later. He was very nice and helped us throughout the process. Christian was very persistent to my sis to buy the vehicle. After all that she bought the Toyota. That's when the nightmare started. NOT BUT TWO DAYS the vehicle was overheating. Had it towed to Toyota in our area. They said she needed to put $600 for a diagnostic. She called Acura Stevens Creek, they gave her the run around. Is this a LEMON?? Still trying to get it resolved.

I just want to say to gentlemen help me they were very thorough answered all questions. Good customer service friendly environment would definitely go back to them if I say anything that interest me or that was a good price some cars they have a lot are nice, but they’re newer and they’re kind of pricey, but overall experience was really great. Very welcoming and bathrooms were clean…!!
