Sent in the request on Friday evening at 6:30 and received the response immediately from Tony with all the details on the car. The car was ready at 9AM on Sat for the test drive. Purchased the car the same day after the test drive. Easy to deal with on the trade-in and the purchase although the paperwork took some time. Purchased a different ILX than the one that i sent the query for.

Pulled the car out from the back, had a hole in the seat and a burn on the other one. Then pushed a sales sheet items I didn't want to pay for with without giving me the out the door price. We walked out. He called the next day. I found a car in a "small town!"

Do not shop for a vehicle here unless you’d like to pay $10,000 more than the price listed. They include a $4,000 “dealer service fee” that they don’t divulge to the customers until after they’ve run your credit. And then they show you payments based off of you buying every single warranty they offer, even if you say you don’t want them, they won’t remove them unless you catch it when you’re signing. I’ve bought nearly 10 vehicles over the years and I have never had a dealership try to swindle me this hard. Highly recommend staying away from them.
