I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my experience here. I very rarely write reviews but my experience was so far above the bar I had to. I worked with Ed who was very knowledgeable about the car and any question he couldn't answer he made sure to find someone who could. He even checked in with me a few days after picking up the car to ensure everything went good and if I had any other questions to reach out anytime. I also worked with Kim for the financing side of things. Easily the best financing manager I have ever worked with, she worked very hard to get me an amazing interest rate. As well as not forcing me to buy warranties and other add-ons. She explained each one and why certain ones would be good for me. If anyone I know is in the market for a car in the future I will tell to go here it was that good of an experience.

Sale price on CarGurus and credit application were not honored. A second credit application was run and I was not given the sales price quoted online. Trade in was low balled, told the color would be hard to sell even though Acura also makes cars with a similar color. Overall the dealership and people were ok.
