Acura dealerships near me (Los Angeles, CA)

Worst ever. I was ready to purchase but they refused to send me pictures of the vehicle. All they had was a stock image . I live about an hour away with no traffic so some photos would have been nice before I arrived . I spoke with multiple sales people through email and I have still never received any pictures but I would get emails from those same sales people asking how they could help me . I guess they hire anybody to be sales people now.

Great very responsive staff.

great experience!

Jordan and William were awesome. Just a great buying experience!

Salesperson Cesar likes to project & deflect when being asked simple questions. Gets defensive and resorts to gaslighting. He acted unprofessionally. I didn’t bother pursuing a transaction because of the brief but negative interaction I had with him.

I have purchased a car from this dealer in the past and that was a great experience. This time terrible experience. They said the car was available, it wasn’t. They then sent me photos of 3 different cars that I was not interested in purchasing. I felt like it was bait and switch. The last communication was an email yesterday saying that a representative would call me which was the same message i received 3 days ago. I am still waiting for that call.

Artur was an absolute joy to have as my dealer. He streamlined the process and made everything very easy to understand. Very respectful and efficient, very glad to have bought from him!

Penh the sales manager is very transparent and honest about what I asked for. Started the paperwork before I got there so I spent minimal time at the dealership. Overall a great experience! Would recommend Penh 100% to anyone coming to this dealership looking for a car!
