Terrible follow through. Despite setting up multiple times to talk, I never got a call and had to chase down the sales person and or sales manager. Sales person could not or would not answer a simple question about if a car was actually a CPO vehicle, even though the site said it was (it wasn't). I felt very disrespected throughout the process and that my time was not valuable.

Ever wonder why all ZDX cars at this dealer is over 200+ days on the lot. The listed price is quite attractive, but all cars have dealer addons by several thousands. I got sale folks telling me those are non-negotiable. It is strange to add car alarm to a $60K ZDX and try charging customers thousands. Bad pratice, bad policy. If the cost is non- negotiable, include in the list price for fair comparison. Save time and do your homework.
