Acura dealerships near me (Los Angeles, CA)

Terrible follow through. Despite setting up multiple times to talk, I never got a call and had to chase down the sales person and or sales manager. Sales person could not or would not answer a simple question about if a car was actually a CPO vehicle, even though the site said it was (it wasn't). I felt very disrespected throughout the process and that my time was not valuable.

Phenomenal experience - easy correspondence with salesman and manager. They were extremely helpful and I would highly recommend I plan to make purchase in the near future but was too busy at month end to go in and make purchase. Thank you - ask for Jordan and Damian

It was a pretty good experience for me dealing with Weir Canyon Acura. Its straight forward and transaction went quick. Staff are very helpful and professional. My sales advisor, Bryan, did a really good job.

I have purchased a car from this dealer in the past and that was a great experience. This time terrible experience. They said the car was available, it wasn’t. They then sent me photos of 3 different cars that I was not interested in purchasing. I felt like it was bait and switch. The last communication was an email yesterday saying that a representative would call me which was the same message i received 3 days ago. I am still waiting for that call.

I reached out to this dealership requesting total purchase price including tax and license. I got a quick response from the sales manager Allen. He gave me the price but included the " protection" package that was $2,500 more than the listed price of the car. I let him know that I did not want the protection package but that I wanted to move forward with the purchase of the car. He responded "let me know if you change your mind," and did not respond to any more of my emails. It was very upsetting. I will never purchase a car from this dealership. They are misleading and rude.

Penh the sales manager is very transparent and honest about what I asked for. Started the paperwork before I got there so I spent minimal time at the dealership. Overall a great experience! Would recommend Penh 100% to anyone coming to this dealership looking for a car!
