Slow response, but they followed up after I called, they had a van I needed at the right price, but couldn't hold it, I was out of town. I wanted to leave a credit card for some deposit, but they didn't want that. The van was sold the next day.

Dealer contacted me immediately following my request for info. Considering my request was a bit unique in trying to strike a deal before stepping foot into the dealership, the dealership did fairly well until the end. Because of that, I won't do business with this dealership in the future.

Initially the dealer was very approachable once I discussed the car. After they found out I wasn’t qualified initially there were no options they could explore with me other than “I needed a co-signer.” After that he was curt and dismissive. Didn’t even get a chance to tell him I had a decent down payment.
