Sales person was not helpful at all. Wouldn't let me take the car to a mechanic for inspection OR even let a mechanic onsite that can use the onsite equipment to jack up the car and make sure there aren't any structural problems. Big red flag. Also tried to downplay the carfax report saying there was minor damage. That was NOT disclosed on their online listing. If it's in carfax, that means it was serious enough for a body shop and/or insurance to get involved. Finally, made outlandish claims that Maryland certified inspection is of such high standards that I should just trust that. These inspections are for Minimum safety standards. I felt insulted just for the lack of intellectual respect. Buyer beware. Complete scam dealer

I was waiting his response to look the car and he never returned back to me. I found out that the car sold and he even didn’t offer me to buy another one.

Overall, great experience. First time going in to the dealership and getting exactly what I inquired about. Fastest process ever!!!

Awful experience, they told me the car was available. I drove 2 hours to test drive the car, which I did but after the test drive they told me it had been sold the prior day. Awful communication, and I’m sure the person who purchased the car would not like the fact that I was test driving the car they had already purchased. Definitely would never do business with Rosenthal in the future. Stay clear of this dealer.

The vehicle that I was interested in was listed six day earlier as sold before coming to the lot after making the purchase a day later, find out that vehicle was still available and on the lot, even after asking about it and asking three times, saleman wouldn't check on it or see if a similar one was available. And the finance department had no clue of what they were doing, came in pre-approved and had to walk them through everything while them telling me I'm supposed to be doing this days later So they could get their money. And while walking them through getting the car financed, my credit union is telling them that they were responsible for sending in the Documents that I had no access to, And that was the lender's title. And the whole time, having them point the finger at me, as if I knew what their inventory was and that I knew the procedures on their end for collecting the money that was being financed.
