I placed a deposit on a vehicle and provided my banking information to secure it. The dealership then sold the car to someone else. When I followed up, they told me my banking information had simply been written down on a piece of paper and that they hadn't actually processed the deposit - so in their view, no deal existed. Regardless of whether the charge went through, having my private banking information handled this way - written on a piece of paper with no secure processing - is completely unacceptable. There was also a pattern of dishonesty throughout my interactions with this dealership that made the entire experience feel untrustworthy. I would not recommend doing business here, and I'd encourage anyone considering it to be very cautious about providing any personal or financial information.

Went in to look at a X7 BMW, VIN 5UXCW2C02L9C05288. First the car is being offered with 3/32(2) and 4/32(2) tires. That is barely legal and Monica said they don’t sell cars with 5/32 and below. Monica then said she was confused because she works 5 days a week. Also. Cam the previous weekend was very dismissive towards us. So upon tell Monica my concerns she brings out her closer sales manager. I explain my concerns to him and he says, “let’s put an offer together”. So now in my ignorance I believed they were going to do something about the four borderline tires. Keep in mind their own parts department stated the tires they recommend are $2,650 and their labor rate is over $300/hour. So their offer came back at sticker price. And get this on top of sticker price they listed their ‘executive package’ for window stitching. So their closer took none of my concerns and just list out sticker price. They were still going to make money from dealer financing. Please avoid.

The owner was willing to deal, very nice and upfront no hiding things like other dealerships, overall would give them a 9 out of 10 cuz nobody is perfect

Car was ready clean and in superb condition unlike the first dealer I went ( with the same model) that’s dirty and not even running. Needed to be jumpstarted. Helped me also with the financing woes.
