Hank is a very honest, humble and nice guy more than just a salesman. I am going to have him take all the people who asking me where to buy a good used car with the best price. And nope I didn’t take any commission for referred him the customer because I think he deserved it all, plus I want to help a good car dealer guy like him to get more success in what he does.

Very good communication. Straightforward and clear process. Only hiccup was that they didn't put the right color in the car description (car was flat white and not metallic white). Still bought the car because it was in really good condition and was a very fair deal.
