Drive 2 hrs to see vehicle ready to purchase. When I arrived the vehicle was filthy. Didn’t look like the picture posted. The salesman couldn’t answer any questions I had on the vehicle. Very dissatisfied and waste of time.

Waited 10 days to get a response. Couldn't get a straight answer as to whether the car was sold and what the price actually is. I think the ad is for a car that doesn't exist. Waste of time.

I asked the dealership for an out the door price quote. They want to play games sending videos. I specifically asked for the quote by email as that was my preferred method of contact. They immediately kept calling my phone and subscribing me to text messages. It was annoying and harassing. Those old car buying tactics don’t work on everybody especially me. If you can not do what I ask then do not contact me. I was a guarantee cash paying customer. I don’t have time for the games. No one needs to come in and test drive in order to get an out the door price.

Sold me a car with a engine that was tampered with and not repaired properly. I have repeatedly contacted the seller the dealer. After the sale, they would respond a day or two later. Now, silence. Thousands of dollars in repairs. Their listing and the CarFox report are deceptive and misleading.

10 dealers gave me the run around, even with 7500 down pymt. One call to SAG and S. Myles the salesperson was so kind and helpful two hours later I bought a Nissan leaf. She handled everything. Don't waste your time elsewhere, this is the most honest dealership in southern california
