I was excited to look at the 2018 Volvo XC60 that was competitively priced. When I got there there was an enormous crack across the entire sunroof that wasn't pictured in the photos online. The check engine light came on during the 15 min. test drive and the car went into limp mode. When we got back from the test drive the owner of the dealership came out and spoke exclusively to my male friend, even though I was the one buying (female). They made it sound like the check engine was no big deal, but I think if the car was properly maintained and ready for sale the no big deal thing would've been checked ahead of time. I would not trust these guys to buy from.

David was great. The price increased $1295 after the advertised price for Stargard GPS already installed. The shipping price was outrageously expensive. Pressured me for a deposit before any contract was presented. I WOULD NOT do business with Beverly Hills Bentley in the future. Forget about getting a reasonable offer for your trade-in.
