The individual communicated with me via text that morning about what time I may show up. I kept them informed of an approximation, but also texted them with an actual ETA. They could provide me the address and their name. What Anna failed to provide was that in my 45 minute drive, the car had already been sold. Very disappointing. It was a total waste of my time and trying to say we can find you something else should have maybe been a conversation that was had before I lost an hour and a half of my day, while also in the middle of a move.
