Finance team is less than adequate. Didn't listen to instructions and sent app EVERYWHERE. Avoid at all costs and shop elsewhere. Lazy, incompetent, and ineffective.

They contacted me. We talked over the phone and I rarely trying to get this vehicle in. They’re waiting on me.

Boss man was awesome and understanding, and the sales representative JD was a great salesman and very personable, I was satisfied enough to continue doing business with them in the future.

Sales department raised the advertised price by $700. So I didn't schedule a test drive.

Had a down payment ready, but they didn't approve financing. They said they needed a larger down payment. I told them I would try to secure a larger down payment. The next day I noticed they actually raised the price of the vehicle. I messaged them about this, and they never responded. Seems like they're only worried about selling and they lose focus of providing good customer service. I wouldn't trust them with your Personal information. Seems shady.
