Requested information & received response but not the information I requested so she was going to follow up & never did. Got a couple more emails/texts asking if still interested & I said still looking for the information I requested, but again, never got a follow up or the requested information.

Incredible customer service. Matthew contacted me right away and he met us at another location with the vehicle and all the paperwork. Same day service. I highly recommend Apple Auto.

Missed out on seeing this one. Put off to long before going to look at it. They were prompt and honest.

Stopped in to look at a lease for sale. I decided to buy a new car instead they offered me a very low price on my trade-in and I declined and went ahead with the new car purchase. I walked in on Saturday afternoon to pick up my new car only to be told they are now selling it to someone else because I didn’t have the opportunity to answer my phone for a 20 minute period during a Saturday when I was working. Put money down and walked in with my checkbook. I guess this dealership has not business values. Shop somewhere else.
