Car was already sold

It was my first time purchasing a car for myself and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The team was quick to help and even stayed an hour late after closing to help me out. Everyone says they sit at the dealership all day but it was a super quick process for me! They didn’t just try to sell me something to get rid of it or earn commission they genuinely seemed like they cared if I felt comfortable making the purchase or not. Thank you!

The dealer told me the car had no issues. The day after I drove it home the whole car (Tesla Model S) went into limp mode and I eventually found out that it needed over $2,000 worth of electrical repairs just to run and drive. None of this was disclosed by the dealer and all of these issues were present at the time of the purchase. The only reason these became aware to me is because I factory reset the vehicle once I got home—flagging all of these issues. I’ve reached out to the dealer after this but they simply told me “I can’t do anything for you.” This dealer does not inspect any of their vehicles so be sure to take the vehicle for a ppi if you plan on doing business with these people!
