Had a listing I went and looked at. Decided to make an offer and left waiting to hear back after weekend. Was told the vehicle sold by the salesman yet it's still listed to this day for sale. Sent a couple more inquiries only to be ignored. They could have simply said my offer was rejected instead of ghosting me.

Teddy was prepared when we arrived.at BMW OF MOBILE. Introduction to X7 and test drive were flawless. Paper work and payment processing were handled professionally. Questions were answered and demonstrated. Three was even an open offer to call with questions since we are not Alabama residents. All in all a great buying experience - no surprises after making the deal over the phone.

Was confused about which car I was interested and mentioned a different one twice. Slow to respond to questions, and stopped replying after the car was sold, until the next day.

My wife and I had a good experience with the purchase of the 2017 Silverado The sales staff and management were attentive and even helped me with a cup of coffee.

I would have purchased the car I was looking at but found out it would not give me the towing capacity I need at this time.

I ended up buying a 2017 Ford Fusion, it ended up having a transmission issue and I backed out of the sale. Other than that my salesman John, was very helpful and assisted in both the buying and return process. Both of which were pretty much painless. I do suggest going to them for integrity, honesty and helpfulness.

Great and fast at giving me the info I asked for. Several sales ppl reached out with videos and documents requested. BUT… Rude and argumentative when I declined due to the vehicles history and pricing.
