I had simply clicked on inquire about a mustang gt 500. This dealership then contacted me 4 phone calls 3 voicemails and 3 emails and a text all on a saturday. If that was all not a huge deal. They then contacted me sunday evening during dinner. The salesperson then argued with me about it not be borderline harassment. Monday morning again with emails that turned into full blown harassments and threats. They tried to blame their over pressuring on me. I was the problem. They are unhinged. Do not use

Buying from Southern Palms Mazda was super easy. They had the car I found in CarGurus, responded quickly, and the buying process was smooth and the quickest I’ve ever had at a dealership. I would definitely recommend buying from them.

Bought a "Dennis Special" defender from these guys. Dealt with Dennis and Todd and it was NEVER easy. Shipping took more than 3 weeks while they tried to find a bargain on shipping. Shoved it into a covered carrier and had to deflate the tires to 5lbs to get it in. Car arrived with dead battery at 1AM, needed jump and all tires inflated just to move it. The car was damaged in shipping and required some repaint. The title also took weeks and many phone calls until it finally arrived. The truck also came with bad alternator, electrical wiring issues which caused the A/C to stop working the first time we drove it. Radio had no bracket installed so it fell into the box, rear seats are all upholstered MDF where tiniest screws were used to secure them into the frame and have all come out and have to be re-drilled and secured. The turbo was not connected, thermostat housing was cracked causing overheat and requiring replacement even though the car was described as "completely restored" ghost

I attempted to purchase a vehicle with full payment offered through a verified estate-backed instrument. Despite providing all documentation and lawful tender, the dealership declined to complete the sale unless I financed through their preferred channels. It felt like they were more interested in upselling and backend profit than honoring a straightforward transaction. I was ready to buy without financing, but the deal didn’t go through due to their restrictive payment policies.

I tried buying a car for four days, just to have it sold right from underneath me. We started the financing process Tuesday night, then the salesmen takes a day off and does not pass me off to anyone else. My credit got ran about a dozen times, even after getting an approval and again after the car I picked out was sold out from underneath me. Then they call and tell me that they will find me another one and have not heard from anyone since. I have called and left messages and texts and nobody picks up.
