I filled out the prequalified application through Cargurus and I was told the dealership would Need to verify my income, insurance and a couple other things. The dealership contacted me fairly quickly. They wanted me to fill out another credit application because they said they couldn’t find my information that was sent to them. We went back and forth for about a day or so and then the car was sold. I explained to the dealership that I did not want multiple inquiries on my credit report and then they stopped responding to me.

I would not buy from them again!!! took four days to have newtires put on, I donot think that these are new as NO PAPER WORK WAS SENT WITH CAR ON THE TIRES USUALLY new tires come with a warranty[ nothing] We was goinmg to finance thru our CU the said they would handle setting it up Right THRU THERE COMPANY !! Also the add was for a highlander SE but it was an EXL We were doing final steps and the sales men would go to the office were they had a meeting, so we sat there wating NOT only ONCE ,BUT THREE times NEVER AGAIN !! IWILL NOT recomend them !!!!

The sales representative, Cody, was so professional, courteous and knowledgable. I really loved how he treated us. I am, unfortunately, unable to trade cars at this time, if I weren't so upside down in my car, I would trade with Five Star and Cody.

Hyundai dealership advertised the 2014 prius as having a 4 trim, which is top of the line Prius, leather seats, heated front seats, navigation system. The car was not a 4 trim it was a 2 trim. And the price was way too high. They do not know Prius cars at all. If they don't know what they are selling then they should NOT be selling.

Still searching for a vehicle but the staff has been super helpful . They responded immediately and were ready for any questions I had . Excellent customer service .
