It was the worst experience I ever had I had told told them I would like to purchase the vehicle then told me to fill out some info and I did everything and told me to wait til tmr till he gets the number for me ok and I did but every day I called him it was Dwayne he never gave me an update and ghosted me when I even told him $6500 down he wouldn’t do it

Contacted dealership was told they would get back to me shortly. That was 1/17. Today is 1/31 the only thing I have heard from them is this survey asking for my feedback. I don't think much of there services

Good customer service and flexible options. I wanted to get a newer car and they had the option to get what I wanted from the auction, had financing and a 2 year warranty with a good bit of coverage. I highly recommend.

communication with this dealership was atrocious. There was no follow-up to my questions after the initial communication. To this day, a month later, they are sending me daily 'iPackets' and a form letter email stating that the price has recently dropped. I keep sending a reply asking what the new price is and . . . nothing but another email the next day stating the same thing. BTW: the car's price has not changed since the initial inquiry and has not sold as of this survey - about a month since I started tracking the vehicle.

I made an appointment and test drove the vehicle. That got my vin # for trade in quote. Never got one. Car sold yesterday.
