This company delivered an inoperable vehicle that was not safe to drive on the road. They were in constant communication until every dollar was paid, then took 5 working days to deliver the car. The car arrived with 4 flat tires and broken suspension. They assured me I had 7 days to review and keep or reject the car during that time. I’ve contacted them vis text as most of out communication was in that format. That have not responded at all. The car was priced at $11k and will take around $6k to repair it to good condition.

They had me meet behind a building while they went to get the car. It was very strange and made me uncomfortable. The car itself had bad shocks and suspension. When I called to tell them we were done with the test drive and didn’t want the car, he told me he was busy and to leave the keys in the car.

Very prompt and professional response . Answered my questions with no run around . I’ve had my current Mercedes there before for a recall repair and the work and courteous staff are top notch. I’ll be a returning customer. Thanks

Noticed some issues after test driving which they addressed promptly. Price was good and fair.

Not a good dealership place Came from Albany,Ga. Let th know I was on my way there. Got there and couldn't test drive. They was awaiting a part for the vehicle. Smh couldn't told me this before I came. Crazy part bout it hold situation is,they ddnt know when the part would be arriving. Bad business
