TLDR: deceptive practices, adding fees after agreeing to a price and run arounds This dealer has a listing on cargurus.com for a 2019 BMW X1 for $18,600, which would be a great price. However, the deception starts there, as when you go to their website, it has that as a “finance price”, so the real price with $1,995 down would be $20,599. I made an appointment on Friday and arrived shortly before 11AM. (Note: it’s terrible finding parking, and their lot is full, no parking), I was greeted by Emre who told me the car is not there, and we had to drive to another lot. That pissed me off a bit as isn’t that part of making an appt that the car “is actually there and ready”? Alas. The car was really nice and we completed our test drive. After we got back, I chatted with Emre. I said I was interested but wanted to make sure I could have the car for an independent PPI. That was not possible. I could only have a mechanic come by and look at the car on the lot. I asked about the out the door

Checked in on a car listed on the app showing it was available. Was contacted by the dealership shortly after my inquiry and told that unfortunately the car had “just gone under deposit”. (Common when car shopping) Have purchased from this dealership before, they are genuinely stand-up guys. It’s the reason I check their listings when looking for cars. No reservations about buying from them in future. Did not feel mistreated or misled at all. Good experience

Even though I didn’t buy the car, Reno was very respectful and responded immediately.

They assured me that the truck was drivable and in good working condition, except for the rusted bed and the frame in good condition. They were correct, except for the big hole in the passenger floor that wasn’t mentioned in the description. However, I bought it as-is, so I’m not too upset about it. At the end of the day, the car drives, and I’ve already used it for a few dump runs.

Showed up to test drive truck at scheduled time and the truck was sold. The dealership contacted me about another vehicle and when I went to see that one the same thing happened. Won't deal with them again.
