Cleaning solution they used on the car smelled horrible. It made me feel sick breathing it in. They need to use non scented cleaner on the used cars they sell. Obviously I didnt buy it.

2015 Outback Crossbar Is Curved!! — Subaru Outback for 2015 built-in rooftop crossbars are elliptical. Bicycle trays will tilt to one side. Does anyone out there know what risk attends to travelling at 70 MPH with bike on the rack tilted to one side? Was this designed by a marketing guy (or gal) that wanted to give Subaru the exclusive market for roof top carriers on the outback? The design cannot be used with your already expensive carriers. It surely wasn't designed by anyone carrying a bicycle. This is an example of a profit mentality that designs a system that cannot accommodate a Thule or Yakima cross bar (both well-designed, R&D etc.etc.). No thought or courtesy given to cycles and other roof top needs that require level bar for secure transport. Just design a feature that gives you the exclusive accessory market. These are the little bits of greed that eat way at a market. drip by drip

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: overall good car with Subaru history of quality. Drives well with basic 2.5L engine.  Just a little longer than anticipated on steering radius. With seats down the cabin provides plenty of room for carrying around hobby & sports equipment.  Except (see below)

Cons: The roof rails permit no use other than engaging Subaru crossbars and Subaru accessories - that still leave you with your expensive cycle "tilted" to one side.

Its A Very Well Made Car With Alot Of Room And Very Quiet — mostly i love the car the only thing id change is make the seats a little softer and maybe 20 more ft/lbs of torque for pulling my boat. but this is a 4 cyl. its great in the snow . i go ice fishing in the winter and most of the parks are not plowed so i get to test out the awd alot. no problems at all . ive even pulled a chevy truck out that was stuck

Pros: nice firm ride handles well . very quiet little road noise . highway mileage is very good for a car this size. the phone connect works great and is hands free . this car is a beast in the snow just turn off traction control

Cons: a little sluggish accelerating. the seats are a little on the firm side on long trips they can be a little hard. around town mileage is not great .

I never drove it before buying it, as I already had an Outback. It has lots of new safety features, but GEICO would not give me a discount for them.
