The 2013 Porsche 911 Carrera is an amazing car! My only issue is, I wish it had more cabin space or at least be able to move the drivers seat back further. In fact I don’t even see a reason for having back seats. The only use they’d ever get is for additional storage, as not even an average size person could fit back there. Aside from not having enough room, this car is a well crafted machine. Shifting gears is incredibly smooth and has very quick response. It’s been 25 years since I last drove/owned a manual gearbox. So it did take me a couple of times to feel out the gearbox and clutch response before I was able to remember how to shift gears and understand how well this car responds to a manual gearbox. Once I was able to open her up I couldn’t believe how quick the 911 Carrera is! Although I didn’t time myself from 0-60, the 911 effortlessly reaches 60 miles per hour in 3rd gear. I didn’t even use all six gears in my short time in taking this car out for a test drive. I immediately understood what she’s capable of. Aside from driving the 2013 911 Carrera, it has solid build quality. In fact it’s literally a work of art. Every little detail is built with precision and top notch quality. If it had a little more room this would have been a no brainer!

Fun car to drive but definitely not one that everyone would like as it’s suspension and ride are very tight.

There is no substitute. They mean what they say, every Porsche is engineered to perform at the highest level, all the time . Driver satisfaction is everywhere...acceleration, braking, steering, handling with efficiency. Expensive some say...that is all relative, you get what you pay for.

The Ultimate Sports Car — Believe the Hype! - nothing at all! this is the greatest car ever made. Porsche got this one right. Amazing handling speed, cornering. After owning this car, I understand why so many other car makers use the Porsche 911 as the car to be compared to. Porsche 911 sets the standard of the classic sports car. There really is no substitute!

Pros: everything!

Cons: none!

Stunning Style And Performance — Power to spare, handles on rails, very smooth manual transmission and stunning looks. Maintenance costs are high as a daily driver but manageable as a pleasure driver. I thoroughly enjoyed owning this car and look forward to my next one.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Style, power, handling

Cons: Rear seats (but they exist!), maintenance costs
