Bleh. Did not like it. Ive heard theyve done a lot more with the 2016s. I would stay away from the older models.

"Pano roof is awesome. The seats are wider and the car is much more spacious. And the display screen is much larger."

2010 Malibu Review — I really like my Malibu, I just wish it wasn't so low to the ground. This makes it very difficult for me to get in and out with a bad knee and back. Car drives great, is easy to take care of, and pretty easy to add modifications to.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Nice riding car, good power and great gas mileage.

Cons: Should be categorized as a small car instead of a mid-sized. A six foot person is at the height limit for this car. The gas mileage sensor drops off from around 40 miles to low gas alert.

Grocery Getter On Steroids — Overall really like the car, got all the bells and whistles. Would like a navigation screen versus Onstar. Love the leather Alcantara, great A/C and heat both amazingly fast to heat up or cool down. Nice 18 factory alloys!

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Great power

Cons: Kinda pricey

Favorite Car Of All Time! — This Malibu exceeds all my expectations for a midsize sedan. It's very spacious for a family of four. The overall look is very classy with the suede/leather interior and woodgrain trim. The gas mileage is awesome for a vehicle with this size engine. Even with a 3.6L V6 engine, it still gets up to 32mpg in the highway! I can't say enough positive things about this vehicle.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Love the overall look if the car inside and out. It has great extras including heated seats, remote start, and wireless bluetooth. Gas mileage is great!

Cons: The only dislike would be the size of the cupholders.

Great Car But Can Use A Little More Accesories — The front-wheel drive 2010 Malibu has a four- or six-cylinder engine, which is paired with a four- or six-speed automatic transmission. The base four-cylinder Malibu gets 22/30 mpg city/highway, which is about average for the class. Six airbags, anti-lock brakes, electronic stability control and traction control are standard on the 2010 Malibu. Inside, the base Malibu includes a standard power driver’s seat, cruise control, OnStar and a six-speaker stereo with satellite radio and auxiliary input. Upper trims include available features like heated seats, Bluetooth, leather seats and an upgraded stereo. Overall I would recommend this car to friends and family.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Great car, liked its attractive styling and well-balanced ride and handling.

Cons: Its reliability is on the low side for the class, and the back seat wasn’t as comfortable, could use a free navigation system and

Meets Expectations, Good Value; Excellent Quality — This is my second Malibu LTZ. Loved the 2007 I traded in on this one so much I even sent a complimentary letter to the GM/UAW employees at the Kansas City Assembly Plant (something I rarely do and seldom feel that strongly about). Although the Ecotech 4 cylinder offers acceptable performance, I wish I would have ordered the V6 like the last one had.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Great looking car; totally trouble free; reliable; comfortable on a long trip; performance and handling above average for a four cylinder sedan.

Cons: Fuel economy less than expected; interior trim level

An Economical, Comfortable Ride! — The Malibu is comfortable, agile, and surprisingly powerful, but quiet at the same time. Shifts smoothly, no hesitation or bucking like you find with some 4 cyls. This is a solid handling car, its size belies the solid feel. And the fuel economy is awesome! I get 23- 25 mpg around town, and have gotten as much as 34-35 mpg highway.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: This car handles very well, I was surprised at the power  of the 4 cylinder engine.  The fuel economy is outstanding--no complaints at all.

Cons: I cannot think of one bad thing to say about the Malibu--I love it but need a larger vehicle for travel/pulling the boat/camper.

Beautiful — This car is beautiful and immaculate. It is an Imperial Blue 2010 Malibu LTZ with Heated Black Leather Seats, 18" Alloys, and a Premium Sound System. Great car for cruising or commuting back and forth to work. Handles well and a beauty.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Top rated in Kelly Blue Book in its class.

Cons: Too small.
