CHRYSLER 300 boasts a vintage aesthetic that suits an acquired style. This machine is reliable so long as you take care of it. This car is, however, missing safety features. It could be compared to the style of a bentley, or even inspiration from the Rolls Royce Phantom. Mechanically, is could be compared to a Chevrolet Impala. Good luck and happy shopping!

Totally Recommend This Car — I love everything about this car! Great to drive, 22-25 mpg around town. Love the sunroof and the nav system is the best! also love the auto link with my cell phone so it's hands free. The 30 gb hard drive store lots of music and pictures. Very comfortable and love the cool vanilla color.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: the style and drive

Cons: Nothing

If You Can Afford A 300c Or Better, Go For It! — Instant Classic. It's the one ride from this generation that will be at future car shows and show and shines and fondly looked back upon as..."Yeah I had one of those when I was younger, and man did it haul a##"! The overall look of the car feels like a classic from the 60's. Of a bygone era of wiseguys and cruisin' the beltway on a friday night listening to the classics with the girl leaning close to you. I find mine to be a solid feeling, fast accellerating and smooth running machine. The "Chop Top" feel from the raised window sills is a nice touch in particular. Not mention the almost un-ending list of customizable options out there for the owner. It's fun to just go criusing in.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Looks/styling, fit and finish, braod choices of customization, reliabilty, fun to drive, eye-catching overall.

Cons: Found none thus far.

Nice Car Needing The Optional Hemi. — This car was very nice. Everything had a sturdy build feel and nice appearance. It was a base 2.7L so the performance was lacking a bit. It was fun to floor it though. I want to drive the 6.1L SRT one now!

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Looks

Cons: Lack of performance in base model

A Chrysler...i Actually Like! —

I've been quite unfriendly regarding my own opinions of Chrysler. I hated the Nitro, I can't forgive the Caliber, the Caravan relied on a gimmick and the Sebring I believe is the worst car I've ever driven. I've always tried not to bash a car until I've driven it, the 300 was one of them. I've heard it was one of the best among the very bad lineup Chrysler now has. If this was a bad car, Chrysler was more screwed then I thought. I'm glad to say I liked this massive beast of a car. It has done everything that none of the newer Chrysler designs has done. The interior for instance, a better arrangement between cheap and nice materials. No stupid bowls like the Caliber, ergonomically designed seats unlike the Sebring's torture seat. Yes the cheap plastics in this car are like all the other Chryslers but this car isn't covered in it like a Caliber. I haven't encountered missing pieces yet, a good sign. Performance-wise, normally Chrysler V6s have had trouble moving Chryslers heavy cars. I know the Sebring does a lousy job with its V6. The 300...with the 3.5L V6 it actually moved quite decently. The cornering is a bit compromised because the 300 is so heavy. There's some steering feel to it, making it more engaging than every other Chrysler I've driven. This car proves that RWD still has its purpose that FWD still could not replace. Its a bit of a fuel sipper though. If I had to choose any Chrysler product excluding the Viper, the 300 is what I'd choose. No other Chrysler car or SUV is on the same level as this car is.

Pros: Moves pretty briskly, good looking, comfortable, drives quite nicely, RWD

Cons: Plastics are cheap, very large in size, heavy, not too fuel efficient

Smooth & Powerfull — Love how it looks, handles, accelerates & brakes. The VVT MDS Hemi shuts down 4 cylinders when driving normaly so it has amazing fuel economy. It's both RWD & AWD when ever you like. A Hemi with AWD. RWD for the summer & AWD for the winter.

Pros: Handles like it's on rails

Cons: None
