It was great. It was clean. I would have liked it more if it had been a manual. Also the wheels were not original.

I loved the Solstice, it’s an awesome vehicle. So why the 3 stars? Well it’s under powered even in the turbo model; had it been brought to us in a v6 or v8 like originally intended it would be an invaluable opportunity for it to be classified as a cheap super car. All around independent adjustable suspension. The potential it nearly limitless.

This car is GREAT & I look GOOD in it. Not sure about any thing else, have not driven it much (2X). Waiting on the weather to change for the better, so I can see what the car is all about.

The Solstice is a valuable part of Pontiacs offerings to the driving pubic. I hope that it will be studied with care by drivers who are seeking new style in the choices available to them in its styling, engineering and performance. I think that the car is a good choice for the careful and informed consideration of drivers of the varied and full spectrum of American motorisis.

Surprisingly it did not have an electric convertible top, was difficult for my wife to put the top up. Otherwise nice except not very responsive in acceleration.

Overall:

Fun, Fun, Fun — This car was a blast to drive in the city, on the highway, in the country or on the coast. Fuel economy is great, performance is outstanding and styling is superb. Even after having the car for 8 years, we still get looks from people.

Pros: Great car to drive, especially love at the coast with top down. Right amount of power/weight ratio.

Cons: small trunk space with top down.
