2005 GMC Envoy XL SLT 4WDReview

Classy — Too on much gas. So comfortable and classy. Unsure of having the leather seats when cold but the heated seats make up for that. A great safety feeling while drive with my babes. Lots of mirror coverage. Amazing sound quality. Primary Use: Family transportation Pros: Stylish, Big and Factory Stereo Sounds amazing Cons: Gas Guzzler |

My Words — Great when new, but watch out over 100,000 miles. Things start to go....like the fuel gauge, or the speedometer gauge cluster. Also the O2 thingy, had to be changed a couple of times. Other than these things, all in all a nice sporty SUV. Primary Use: Family transportation Pros: nice, smooth ride; plenty of room Cons: eventually the fuel gauge may go, showing low fuel ALL the time..... |

The Most Awesome, Decked-out, Vehicle I've Ever Owned! — This truck was loaded! Leather, XL, heated seats and mirrors, headlight washers, wing-windows, rear-seat DVD player with wireless headphones, dual climate control, roof vents. Excellent towing capacity in this AWD 4WD-hi/lo transmission. One solid, beautiful truck in Platinum metallic. Primary Use: Family transportation Pros: Everything Cons: None |

Great Family Truck! — Love this truck, I just wish it had a V8. The 4.2L V6 is strong and has plenty of torque to tow our ski boat but on the mountain highways it leaves me wanting more power. Great family truck with teh 3rd row seating, seats 7 adults confortably or less with lots of cargo space. Handles and drives like a car with excellent visibility and the auto 4wd works great in teh snow and ice. Pros: hauls the boat, the kids and friends and still has room for luggage or toys. Its not a minivan!! Cons: The 4.2L V6 is strong but I like the V8s |

Envoy — It has a V8 and 4wd and gets me up the mountains with out any hesitation. Not bad for 17 mpg. No repairs needed so far. It handles better than the BMW X3 or 5! The back is big enough you don't even bother putting up the tent! Great light washers too! Pros: power, durability Cons: not convertible |
