Great — This car is the perfect size for a family who travels . The third row seat comes in handy and when not in use the added space is great for luggage or extra groceries. This vehicle is Very reliable and easy to maintain.

Beautiful All Around Truck — Love this vehicle for running kids around to ball games and music activities. Great family vehicle and comfortable for long road trips. Plenty of cargo room and DVD player keeps kiddos entertained for a long time. Kids can get in and out of the suburban easily and no climbing over seats to get to the back seat.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: seats 7 and make a great vehicle for road trips.  4x4 is wonderful to have during bad weather or rain/muddy roads.

Cons: none

05 Burb — Getting a lot of use out of it. Bought it used in 2009. Have put 120,000 miles on it. Three family trips to Florida, twice to Missouri, pulled a camper to Indiana. Lots of going to work and running kids around.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Good large family vehicle

Cons: Poor gas mileage. getting worn out

A Great Family Vehicle And Nice Alternative To A Mini-van — Years ago I owned a mini-van, what the guys from Car Talk called the "wussification of the American male." Never again! Then came along the Suburban. Thank you Chevy! A nice reliable full size family vehicle that gets decent gas mileage (comparatively) and fits my family in style and comfort.

Pros: Great family car. Very safe. Decent gas mileage (+16MPG on highway). Very tight.

Cons: Gas mileage.

Excellent Work Horse That Is Comfortable Too. — This is a marvelous vehicle in appearance and performance. The options are many and serve to compliment the basic vehicle. While expensive in some respects, this vehicle is very much worth the extra dollars you will spend. This is a heavy duty work horse that does not forsake comfort.

Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

Pros: strong on performance

Cons: 10-12 mpg
