Looks Like New — This car has been reliable and useful for the 2 years I've owned it. It still looks like new, and it's a very comfortable ride. The inside is spacious and perfect for a family. Even runs great in the snow.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Nice looking car with lots of space. Both interior and exterior in great condition. Handles great

Cons: due to length of car, there are blind spots on the drivers side. Gas mileage leaves something to be desired

Amazing And Reliable Sedan — The 2004 Hyundai Sonata GLS is one of the best and reliable family sedan in the streets today. Smooth ride, powerful and very responsive V6 engine, easy to maintain and very good resale value. The 2004 Hyundai Sonata is one of the most easy to maintain sedan. The resale value for this car continues to be higher than similar competitive model on the mid-size class. Very smooth, powerful and comfortable ride with ample seating space for 5 adults and a big trunk cargo area. The 2004 Sonata GLS/XL sedan handles and runs even better than the Toyota Camry, Honda Accord and Nissan Maxima. The reliability index for the 2004 Hyundai Sonata GLS/LX V6 has been rated above average and high in many areas according to some of the mayor car magazines.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Powerful, Reliable, Low Maintenance Cost, Safety, Smooth Ride

Cons: No Built-In Bluetooth or GPS

Happy Hyundai. Great Ecomonical Family Car. — I cam across this car in a deal where the original owner did not know why the engine was vibrating so much. So I got it at a good price. The vibration was due to a slipping timing belt, which when fixed eliminated the vibration. They recommend timing belt service every 60K miles, and it was at 130k, so the timing belts last longer than they are supposed to. The car is very economical with good gas mileage and cheaper parts. But you give up stylish looks and power for that.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: economy, maintenance cost, reliability

Cons: low power

It Is A Very Reliable, Quality Built Car. — I am very pleased with this car, my wife drives it for commuting. It has never broken down. I would recommend this car. We purchased it with 50K, we now have over 100k and it is stone reliable. It needs struts now but there are no rattles or squeaks, I would buy another one but she wants a minivan. We are disappointed in the mpgs though. She averages 24 mpg. For the size of the car, we feel it should be higher.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Very reliable, inexpensive, high quality.

Cons: Front seats are for people that are 5' tall, not padded enough.

Loved This Car! — This was my baby. It had power, handling, control, style, ect. Wish I had not got rid of it. Not much room for more than four people is the only drawback. I needed that extra seat. Lots of trunks pace, great engine, lots of extras.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: EVERYTHING!

Cons: I can't think of anything lol.

My Car — I love my car! This thing gives me no problems whatsoever, it runs amazingly and it looks great for being a cheap car. I would definitely recommend this car to anyone my age who needs a car that's going to run well.

Pros: it runs great

Cons: it's black and thus gets ridiculously dirty very quickly

I Love It Better Then The Ford That I Had Before We Traded In On This Car. — The windows. Even though the pigs keep looking at me once I pass them. Ha Ha I've never had gotten a ticket for the windows. Kiss my butt cops. You'll never get me to take it off. Ok. It's low to the ground which is ok, but I'd like it a little bit higher, and more head room inside.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: It's a good family car.

Cons: It's got the automatic transmission in it.

My Sonata — started having mechanical problems every time i fill up the gas andgo back to start the engine it wont start unless i crank it and press on the gas pedal at the same time then quickly put into drive so it wont die again. i had to put in a new transmission after a year of owning the car.

Pros: the smart shift

Cons: engine

You Know You Want This!! — My Sonata is a great reliable car. It looks great, and handles awsome. I mean its not a truck but it will do for now. It has more than enought speed to keep me happy for now. I love my car and wouldnt trade it for any other CAR out there..give me a truck and you got a deal lol.

Pros: Has a classy look, but still is sporty, its a great first car

Cons: Not a truck
