Great Room — Room is great, handling is even better. On trips put a DVD in for the kids and hit the road. Very comfortable even on the longest trips. We did about a 4,000 mile trip and have no complaints. Love it.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Great vehicle. Hauls family and luggage great

Great Vehicle — Well 2003 still driving, 177,500 miles should tell you this is a well made vehicle. Has held up well, very little rust, problems. Leather Interior has held up extremely well!!! I still love this truck..just now starting to have to put some money into it...

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Lots of room, smooth ride, great for families

Cons: gas mileage, but has power when needed.

Don't Buy Unless You Have Alot Of Money Laying Around For Repairs — We loved this Yukon. We made about 3 or 4 memorable family trips in this suv. It took Josh and family to hockey games and tournaments. It was a great car for long distance travel with family. But it crap out at 134,000 miles after I babied it for 6 years. I changed the oil regularly. I fixed all problems quickly (fuel sensors with out, air condition fouled up, tune up at regular intervals) but the final straw was the engine started knocking in January 2009 and needed new engine. BUMMER!!!! ;-( I wanted to keep this vehicle for a long long time.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Great long distance travel car, smooth ride.

Cons: It was high maintenance, major repairs

This Car Still Feels New With 88,0000 Miles On It! — Powerful, quite, with all of the comfirt you ca emagine. While stoped in traffic you may wonder if the engine is still on. We love our Yukon XL Denali!
