I ended up selling my white 3000GT because it wasn't the turbo model which mean heavy, front wheel drive, 222HP measly handling coupe...with skyhigh insurance. 1999 was the last year of the 3000GTJan 04, 2008

Although highly difficult to find in good condition, the 1999 Mitsubishi 3000GT is a gem for any car enthusiast. With a powerful V6 engine and 5 speed manual transmission, this car will turn heads stock, and with the ever-expanding aftermarket selections, can be a visual rival to even Corvettes.
Exterior
The first thing that catches the eye with a 3000GT is the sports car look. Low profiled and aerodynamic usually incorporating a rear wing, the car looks as if it is in motion all the time, which car enthusiasts will note is a pinnacle of design. The flow of the vehicle from front to back is very smooth-no juts or sharp corners here. The car is also low. Very low. Low enough in fact that slopes normally easily navigable become obstacles.
Interior
Spacious. Long and lean, but not much of a backseat. The trunk is a measly 10" deep, making storage space minimal. Jan 01, 2008
