1998 Chrysler Town & Country LXi LWB FWDReview

Satisfied And Currently Searching For A Newer Model. — I am very satisfied with my van. Very reliable and worth the money. I am currently looking for a newer model with more options. I like the leather interior best. My kids like the roominess and comfortable seats. It runs smoothly on the road and has lots of power. Primary Use: Family transportation Pros: VERY RELIABLE, LOTS OF ROOM, GOOD FOR LONG ROAD TRIPS. Cons: NOT VERY FUEL EFFICIENT. |

Excellent Family Work-horse — We bought our Town & Country LXi brand new and have loved owning it; We have taken multiple family trips to Florida in the van and we were comfortable going and coming. It saved significantly over flying as we transported 5 adults and one child plus 7-10 days of luggage (there were 2 women and lots of diapers in that mix at times.) Primary Use: Family transportation Pros: Runs great; Excellent power and pick-up; Smooth ride; Relatively new front tires; Clean Cons: Minor paint peeling at top of rear lift-up door; Some hard to detect dings from extremely rare hail storm; High mileage (192,400) |

Storm Chasing Mini Van — i like everything about this van it is roomy plus it responds to our foot and to the road. I have no problem taking a cross country road trip in this van. The Infinity sorround sound only makes it a more enjoyable ride. Primary Use: Family transportation Pros: roomy, fast Cons: nothing |

Very rugged and comfortable minivan. Perfect for family with kids and travel. Parts are cheap and easy to fix. Not much electronics which makes it very reliable. With good maintenance it could be driven for a long time. Smooth ride and good hwy handling vs1998 Dodge Grand Caravan LE FWD

1998 Chrysler Town & Country Review
KustomDealz says:
Before we get started the Town & Country was a LXi style that had a 3.8L V6, but it had power to accelerate at a moment's notice, it was rugged (I took mine mudding, off-roading, rock climbing & all with it having 180,000 miles on it when i bought it. It finally died after I took it off-roading and put it through EXTREME conditions which no normal Town & Country would ever have to endure. But it was the best vehicle I've ever owned and when it died, it had over 260,000 miles on it. vs2001 Chevrolet Cavalier
