The Turn, Stop, and Hazard Lights quit working overnight. All fuses are good. The 'Third' Stop light in rear window still works. Indicator lights in dash don't work either. Also Radio quit at the same time. Help?

I need to recharge the air conditioning of a 1995 Mercury Cougar in anticipation of the summer. I think I found the low pressure port but I want to be absolutely certain.
Just purchased used 95 Cougar with 100,700 miles. Garage kept. Very clean. Besides low coolant light, car has left front side vibration starting at approx. 30-35 mph. Passed New Jersey emissions inspection.
