Nice Car After Cosmetic Work. — Great performance for engine size. Good gas mileage. It's fun to drive with the top down. Needs new top, paint and interior. Still a good car, last year they were made. We are the only owners, other than cosmetic work it's been treated well.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: swift/rare car

Cons: if u dont like convertables, you wouldn't want it..lol

I Love It — i love this car. the oerformance is great. it has needed repairs but i got it used. the interior is comfortable and very nice and the exterior is very sleek and fun. the gas milage with mine isn't so good but it still needs a few repairs that may help with that. and as for how fun it is to drive, it is a blast. i love having the top down its so much fun to have the wide open scenery all around you.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: FUN!

Cons: None

It Was A Good First Car — It was a good car and very cute. It just started to fall apart, prolly cuz of age. It was pretty quick too for being a LeBaron. I loved that it was a convertible aand prolly the cleanist one in Colorado.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: It's a cute convertible

Cons: It started to fall apart...

Not A Bad Little Car — rear windows dont work and the welds on the bottom hinge of the passenger side door have snapped so the door is unuseable but other than those little things it is fun, easy and it has some pretty good get up and go

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: easy - good for beginers

Cons: rear window motors go out on many of this model of car

It's Just A Convertible — the car drives like a front wheel car. it has plenty of zip, but it is now 12 years old and is a bit creaky

Owner for 11 years, 0 months

Miles Driven per Year:3,000

Great All-around Future-classic Drop Top — Lebaron's '87 to '95 classic "wedge" design is still an eye-catcher. Handling is stabile in spite of the missing metal roof structure. Low end torque is plentiful, surprising more than a few sport-sedan drivers at the stop lights.... in 1st gear at any rate. Brakes offer a solid feel; stopping distance is acceptable for a non anti-lock system. The GTC is an enjoyable ride, as a daily-driver or top-pulled-back cruising. 'Still gets looks from younger folks 'cuz it's just old enuf to be unfamiliar. Stock V6 motors built like titanium, run forever.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Fun all-around convert, quasi-sporty handling, comfy in any weather (never been in snow or ice, so cannot really comment on those).

Cons: Stock v6 is not modifiable as other Mitsu 3 litre 6's can be.  The original-equipment 5-speed manual is rarely found in these cars--a pity, would love to  have one of those.
