Great Reliable Car With Fun To Drive V8 Engine — The 94 cougar was the first to have the 4.6l v8 instead of the 5.0 of the previous years giving it a little more horse power and a little less torque. The interior is designed for personal luxury, with half leather half cloth seats, the radio faces the driver for easy reach. I still have a lot of aspirations for it. The other photos I've posted show some custom looks. I'd like to combine two of them. I'd like to do some overhauling of the engine, with custom parts, custom exhause, custom hood, new wheels and tires, lower 1.5", among other things. So far the car has definitely treated me well. Pros: Fun to drive v8, handles well for it's size-almost 18 feet long and 6 feet wide-steel body makes it sturdy, reliable. I bought it with very low miles. I've owned it for almost a year, and just hit 60,000 miles. Cons: Transmission has torque converter shudder issue that I still need to resolve, bad on gas milage-roughly 16 city 24 highway-warped rotors. |
