Would Not Own Another. — Performance: Snail would out accelerate it, braking although 4 piston calipers up front feels inadequate. Build Quality: A few rattles here and there, ELECTRICAL ISSUES Appearance: One of the better looking SUVs. Cost Of Ownership: V8 fuel economy with 4 cylinder performance, from a V6. 16mpg-18mpg hwy. Headgasket issues and rust issues make it expensive to maintain. Fun Factor: Hardly, it can't get out of its own way, braking is weak, and its not the best traction wise.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Toyota Fanboy

Cons: Gutless, poor braking, rear window issues, headgasket issues, ugly interior colors, frame and body rust, weak transfer case...

I Don't Think I Will Ever Sell This Car — I've had this car from 1993.It perfoms well. the construction of this car is awesome. This car still has the factory paint,Which still looks new.The cost of ownship is cheap, since it's not a new car.I still get complaints from people on it

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: I had no major problems w/ it

Cons: nothing

Varud Jeppaveiki! — Does his job. not the most beautiful truck 'round, but looks isn't all... can be tricky to drive some times but in offroad situation it's ultimate. Probably one of the best cars I've owned. The 2nd gen 4runners are great material for good jeeps...

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: it drives, no matter what.

Cons: If you are afraid of heights...

Great And Cheap 4x4. These Trucks Just Never Die. — Powerful V6 Engine. Add a Cold Air intake and you can get an anwesome sound. Not very fast, although it is a heavy 4x4. All made in iton, with chrome bumpers. Very solid, stable, fun to go off-roading. Has never failed me.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Best 4x4 of it's kind.

Cons: Hard suspension

4runner — Had alot of mechanical issues but i never replaced anything except for tires on it. It had 33x10.5r15 in bfg m/t in the rear and 33x10.5r15 bfg a/t in the front. Beat on this truck more than any other vehicle i owned.

Pros: Excellent offroad, 5-speed manual

Cons: Lots of miles

Toyota 4 Runner — What more can I say the rig has 267k on it and still runs likee a champ. A little under powered and the design of the stereo and cup holder placement on the dash could be switched but other than that it is a great vehicle. It still gets 18 mph on the highway and is very capable of going most places I want to go.

Pros: Seats 5 with room for cargo

Cons: slightly underpowered

Toyota 4 Runner — they are awesome. not too big and definitelt not too small. have taken it many places. the only let down is the independent front suspesion, but it is great for on the road. off the road it could use a bit more articulation, but hey- as an all rounder it keeps up with the best of 'em.

Pros: comfort, styling

Cons: ifs

Hardy Assult Vehicle — A fantastic car to own and drive. At almost 160,000 miles the biggest problem is a rust, which is not bad considering it is a daily driver in Saltyroads, USA. Seemly a head gasket is broken, and it does start hard and burn oil, but it still runs like a champ. This beast has gotten me through many tough spots, both on ice and in ditches, and has plenty of room to haul anything you could possibly need to haul. I would drive this before any other "SUV" or "Truck" Has more miles in it before i drive anything else!

Pros: High Quality design, few mechanical problems.

Cons: Slow acceleration, Rust, 14mpg

Old And Broken But Still Drives Well — It's broken and gets poor gas mileage but it's mine and I'll still defend it
