Meets Expectations — the definition of dependable. its a toyota, it is the most used truck in the world. can do anything. has done everything i have asked it to do. just have to keep up replacing worn out parts after 274,000 miles. nothing serious, all minor things.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: its a toyota. can't break it.

Cons: down on power, its old-aftermarket is almost non existent.

Great Little Hunting Rig — great little truck we just needed something a little more roomy for our family of 6, needs some matience, would like to sell or trade for 4 runner or something along those lines a 4 door 4x4 would work better for our family

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: older vehicle well used

Cons: toyotes run forever

Workhorse — could not live without it. perfect for hauling whatever. comfortable ride. average mileage. easy to drive for a stick shift vehicle. maintenance costs are reasonable using Midas as my repair place. have loved this vehicle for over 20 plus years.

Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

Pros: reliable workhorse, comfortable reclining bucket seats

Cons: turning ratio

Best Truck Ever — awesome truck that is pretty much a tank, k/c lights and roll bar stick shift. sweet truck in my own words. Lots of horse power for a 4 cylinder but its not to fast. love this truck. It is a stock that looks like it is lifted.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: mpg's

Cons: very tipsy

Great Little Kick In The Ass — This was a great little truck. I only had it for about 6 years and I put 80K miles on it during that time and really only ever changed the oil. It was fun to drive and a very dependable truck.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: great

Cons: Nothing

My Truck — truck is underpowered for its size, v6 has little potential, 4wd is fun in winter, good truck for offroad, it can take a beating, won't die, engine may give bad mpg but it keeps running, got the truck for free, needs a v8 conversion or trd supercharger, rough ride on streets

Pros: offroad capability, payload, towing, reliability, visibility

Cons: slow, backseat space, no sunroof, no power equipment, bad mpg

My Yota — Gets bad gas mileage for how small of an engine it has, but its built like a tank.

Nice Truck — I bought this new in 1991 and owned it until 2006. I never got stranded by it and could always go out and start it and drive away.

Pros: Great gas mileage.

Cons: Should have gotten a V-6.
