1978 Pontiac Grand PrixReview

1978 Pontiac Grand Prix — This was such a beautiful machine. Unfortunately, 1978 was a gas crisis year, and therefor GM designed the 301, the V8 with the worst power to compression ratio in the history of automotives. As you can imagine, performance was embarrassingly horrible. On the bright side, regardless of the lack of power, it's a V8. You can always make them louder. Crossflow Flowmaster made this car sound like it had the balls it deserved. By far the best cruiser car EVER.

Pros: Loud, boaty, head turner, full bech seat, amazing car to cruise the town with your girlfriend right next to you in the middle seat

Cons: Springy, floaty suspension.  Poor handling, poor acceleration, poor braking....

All Origional — i still have all the origion paper work including the window sticker and manifest. fully loaded. every option availble in it. 4.9L 301 engin with turbo hydromatic 350 tranny

Pros: starts every time, very comfy.

Cons: runs good has a rattle in head. handles better than the tires can hold.
