My 59 Canary Yellow Bird — Convertible top went into the trunk, boot lid pulled up and with trunk closed made for a sleek looking ride. With a 352cu.in.4bbl.,Cruseomatic transmission,it wasn't no muscle car.But then again it never was designed to be.What it was,was a good looking stylish smooth riding automobile and with a pair of Thrush glass packs and a loud rockin'sound system, I always had girls wanting to ride with me.

Pros: Body style,convertable top/rear deck lid,engine transmission,Made by Ford

Cons: Those awful offset doors, had to get out of the car to lower the top.

Thunderbird — Well its in a state of chaos right now as its being restored. But it has 428 Cobra Jet with around 400+ horse power. So hopefully I'll finish this right after we finish restoring the 65 Mustang. The interior has been redone with all marine leather. Over all i love this car, especially the lines.

Pros: It can smoke the tired off in a hurry.

Cons: It takes so much time to work on.

Very Unique & A Blast To Drive! — 1959 Ford Thunderbird with very rare 3-speed Borg-Warner Overdrive manual transmission. Engine is a "Thunderbird Special" 352ci/300hp 4bbl. V-8.

Pros: An Artwork of Automotive Design. It's also a Ford!

Cons: Without A/C and no power accesories, it gets a little warm in summer.

Awesome — very classy. 351 V-8, auto, power steering, windows, locks. No factory air. Rebuilt dash, rest awaiting restoration. Likes premium leaded gas, type F transmission fluid. Rebuilt brakes, new tires, hope to have it running and driving this summer. Have carb kit, new fuel filter (new old stock) need oil change, fuel tank flush, get it started and tuned up. Needs new hoses, antifreeze, etc. Then comes body and paint, finish interior.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: everything

Cons: gas mileage
