2003 Jeep Liberty with 3.7 L V6

My son and I just finished rebuilding the top end of
our 2003 Jeep Liberty with a 3.7L V6.  We thought
the problem was a blown head gasket because we
found water in several cylinders and the pan. We
had the heads pressure tested and surfaced along
with replacing all the gaskets, head bolts, etc. We
just finished and started the engine.  It ran and
sounded great however, we immediately noticed a
water leak coming from the passenger side. I first
thought it was the heater core however we quickly
realized the water is coming out of the valve cover?
Please help us figure out what might cause this.
