I have a 2017 Outback purchased new. It is on the 3rd battery. When 1 year old and wouldn’t start the tow driver that came to jump it said it didn’t have a Subaru battery in it. We replaced the battery. Next time same thing only we went to Subaru dealer. We were told the key fob must be kept 30 feet from the car. Called another dealer and was too key fob must be kept 30 feet away and car must be locked in the garage. Well 3 months later and keeping keys at the measured distance and locking the car same problem. Ant wait to unload this undependable vehicle.

I have had the same problem and they keep blaming it on my DashCam that powers off one minute after the car is turned off. Subaru has replaced battery twice under extended warranty, but it is a pain. Their must be a problem with this model and year.

Jack. Unless Subaru has changed their cars recently the power points all turn off when you turn off the key. The dealer is feeding you BS.
