Brake issue

Asked by Jamie Jun 05, 2019 at 08:16 AM about the 1998 Chevrolet C/K 1500 Silverado Extended Cab 4WD

Changed calibers, brakes, master cylinder, brake
booster is fine bleed a few times and pedal still
goes to the floor. So frustrated can not figure this
out. What else could be the cause. Please help.

you have to bleed the master cylinder first , then start with the wheel farthest away from it , I use various clear hoses matching fittings that run into the reservoir for the master and one that runs upwards for the wheels , then open the valve and only press the pedal 1 or 2 inches the fluid will come out of the bleeder and any air will rise to the top , fully depressing an older master can damage the seals inside .
