Question type: Maintenance & Repair

my 94 Honda wont start. when you turn the key on everything comes on but when you try to start it you hear a click and then all the power shuts off until you take the battery cables off and put them back on. its not the battery or the starter, we don't know whats wrong.

You have a bad ground wire. Clean up the one on the battery to the frame on both ends. If that doesn't do the trick, clean up the wires goings to the starter. Hell, clean up any exposed wires. Just do it with the battery disconnected.
