Seized engine, bad new starter, major voltage drop.

Make sure the batt terminals are tight , things should be tested before you spend money on parts you don't need , you could have bought test equipment instead ., it's not rocket science , we can help . Did you replace those parts , who works on your car ?

Clicking can point to several faults. that can include resistance to electrical flow, like defective battery cables or lose/corroded connections..... If you hear the Bendix drive engage and it won't turn, I suspect that GA is right. Otherwise, did you change the starter solenoid? Was the replacement starter a rebuilt or reconditioned? Rebuilt and reconditioned parts often are defective. Stick with REMANUFACTURED or NEW. When replacing parts like starters I always bench-test at the store or at least before I install.

I agree, sounds like a bad battery cable connection. Check the connections at both ends of both cables. You might have a bad connection where the negative battery cable bolts to the engine or the frame. Especially if you notice the area is a bit rusty. Hope that helps! Jim
