Dodge Neon 2002 Windshield Wiper Fluid Pump Fuse, where is it?

I have a dodge neon 2002 and my windshield wiper fluid is full but it won't spray. When I
hit the fluid button it doesn't even sound like the motor is working. I was wondering if there
was a fuse for it, and if so where is it.

open the driver door, and look at the end of the dash, there is a panel that pulls open, the fuse panel is in there. if you look at the lid it will tell you what fuse does what
