Where do I find the fuel filter on a 2003 Dodge Neon se

1 of 2 places behind engine close to firewall,or in back close to gas tank.

Ask the Dodge dealership first. I believe (not sure on year) that in 2000-2001 they started putting a lot of non-serviceable in-tank fuel filters that are not replaced without dropping the fuel tank and removing the pump. A dealer service dept. will tell you if yours has the replaceable filter element outside the tank.

yes it would be in the fuel tank and it runs about $500.00 for a new pump/ filter assembly

Fuel filter/ regulator on right side of tank. I got mine for 15 bucks new on ebay. RockAuto wanted 91 bucks
