87 octane gas

Asked by GuruNTQ72 Oct 19, 2019 at 06:06 PM about the 2010 Honda Accord Crosstour EX

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I used 87 octane gas and now my car looses power
when pulling off and stalls. The check engine light
came on and I had the sensors replaced but it still
rides rough. Any answers to my problem.

Using a low octane fuel wouldn't require you to replace any sensors. If you have the 4 cel engine, 87 is recommended. The V6 takes 91. Scan for the 4 digit trouble codes and post them back here.
