I blew the cigarette lighter fuse, changed it and still nothing?

, I have a 2016 Toyota Corolla and cigarette lighter stopped working can you tell me where the fuse is I looked in the fuse box under the engine compartment and all seasons are good but I cannot get the cigarette lighter to work it was working a while ago

Its in under black lid under drivers' side steering wheel.

The common cause Isco the fuse link on the lighter itself. If you look at the lighter under it there is a fuse that acts as a protector in case it over heats.
