How to replace the cigarette lghter

Cigarette lighter does not work. Fuse is good. I need to remove and probably replace it. How can I remove it?

Have you checked w/ volt meter w/ ignition turned on? Difficult for it to break. Usually fuse, or wire loose from behind.
