I put my 2003 Saab 95 into Park and turned the car off, put the key to the Lock position, and removed it. I cannot get the key to move to the start position when I try to start it now. What is wrong

Check to see if the wheels are cut one direction. Turn the steering wheel the same direction and see if the key will turn at the same time.

wiggle the shifter,, sometimes the "park" lock does not engage enough , i have the same problem , the radio stays on, too, until i wiggle the shifter..
